Personal Trainer is just that, Personal. Every training plan is put together just for you, to help you meet your goals with your unique needs and abilities in mind. Maybe you want to lose weight, get stronger, prepare for an athletic event, or just want to build the confidence to do more on your own, we will work together to hit and exceed those goals. Fitness is about creating the life that you want and deserve, if you’re willing to work for it.

As your Trainer, I'm here to be your sidekick, your bandmate, your partner. Your goals are my goals, and we will hit them together. Not just fitness goals, but life goals. Your physical health and fitness is just a small part of your life, but one that affects all of it. As you learn to push your mind and body to new limits, you uncover a whole new world of possibility in the rest of your life.

WHY TRAIN WITH YOU?

Having undergone a significant transformation myself, I understand many of the struggles people face on their journey: doubt, fear, uncertainly, impatience, lack of confidence, "it's too hard," wanting to give up. But I've also overcome them and have experienced the joy that exists on the otherside of that wall. My mission and passion is to help you push past those hurdles and experience that same life change.

WHERE DO YOU TRAIN?

As an independent personal trainer, I get to train from my home studio gym just outside of Linwood, KS, conveniently located off K32. I can also come to your own home or apartment gym.

At my home studio, I have everything you need for a fun and effective workout, without all the unnecessary extras. No more getting lost in a sea of machines that you have to spend as much time learning how to use as you will actually working out. With a focus on functional fitness, everything you learn and do here will not only help shape your body into what you want, but you will develop strength and skills that you can actually put to use in real life.

I offer several different options in order to serve you in whatever way works best for you.

  • 1-on-1 personal training

    • Get the most focused and personalized training available.​

  • Small group training

    • 2-4 people​

    • A great budget friendly option

    • Get your friends and accountability buddies and workout together!

  • Virtual training​​

    • All the dedicated focus, time, and personalization of 1-on-1 training, just done remotely.
    • ​​Perfect for those frequently on the road or don't have time to commute to the gym
  • Custom workout programs you can do at home or at the gym of your choice.​

    • Based on your goals that we set in our free consultation, I'll put together a periodized series of â€‹workouts that you can do on your own time and in the setting of your choice.

    • Great for when you need ultimate time flexibility.
