I'm a head-banging 🤘, motorcycle riding 🏍, dog wrangling 🐶, KC Chief’s fanatic 🏉, husband 👩‍❤️‍👨 and dad 👨‍👧. (That pretty well sums it up. Post over. jk 🤪)

My wife and I have been together for 11 years, married for 4. We have a 4 year old daughter that is the absolute sunshine of our life. 👨‍👩‍👧 We also have 2 beagles, and a rabbit. My background is in concert production. 🎧 Music has always been one of my greatest passions, and plays a huge part in just about every part of my life. I’ve been riding motorcycles for a few years now, currently riding an ’04 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500.  I was a die-hard Chiefs fan before it was cool.

For most of my life, I struggled with my weight and body image. I’ve always had what I would consider an active lifestyle, which kept it in check for the most part. But as I got older, my lack of knowledge and practice in healthy nutrition caught up with me.

Much like many of you, I spent several years doing the yo-yo weight loss/gain cycle. I could do the workouts and “watch what I ate” and get results, but the routine wasn’t sustainable and the weight always came back.

After my daughter was born, I knew that if I was ever going to be able to teach her to be the confident, capable person I hope that she will be, I had to learn to do that for myself.  To be the best father I could be, I had to become the best me I could be. I lost nearly 💯lbs within 2 years doing at-home workouts. I also discovered a passion for fitness and helping other people to experience the same transformation that I went through.

Along my journey, I discovered my passion for fitness, and combined with my desire to help as many people as possible experience the same life change that I have, I received my Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As a full time, independent Personal Trainer, I'm excited to be able to use my knowledge and experience to continue to help you become the rockstar I know you can be.
